We Won a Stevie Award!

 

We went to Las Vegas last Friday – and came away with a big win! Mailing.com received a Bronze Stevie Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year at the annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service!

Craig Hauer, Sam Jorgensen, Ryan Phelan and I collected our award at a gala event at Caesars Palace, sitting alongside sales and customer service teams from brand-name companies like Dell, Vizio, Allstate and American Airlines.


For businesses like ours, which have invested heavily in customer service and support, the Stevies are like the Oscars. They're the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development, and sales professionals, and they're judged by experts in sales and customer service.  We were stunned and excited about winning because it was our first time entering the Stevies. We knew the competition was fierce. But our story about our dedication to customer service and the results it brings us was strong enough to win us a finalist nod going into the gala.


The suspense was killing us as the ceremony hosts announced the winners, but then we got the great news about our Bronze award! We were thrilled to be first-time winners but not because it was fun to take a quick trip to Vegas and hang out with people who just as dedicated to customer service as we are.


What this award means to mailing.com, to our customer-service team of Carole O'Neil, Tiah Garner and Denise Bryant and to all of our customers is that customer-service experts recognized us for our dedication to our customers, for not just making sure every job is right but going beyond it to help our customers succeed.


Everybody likes to say they have the best customer service. Winning a Stevie award means other people are telling us that we're the best. The most powerful endorsement is having our customers and experts in customer service validate our service. This award is extra-special because it comes as we have rebranded from United Printing and Mailing to mailing.com and are getting ready to unveil a host of new services, all aimed at helping us serve our customers better and to be true partners in their success.  


Today, more than ever, our customers look to us to help them meet their needs, for the day-to-day printing jobs that our customer-service team oversees on their behalf as well as their wider marketing and communication needs.  We are proud to support our customers' success because we succeed only when they succeed!
